Daniel Marbun is a Senior Tax Associate at Ideatax with experience in tax compliance, tax dispute resolution, transfer pricing, tax reviews, and tax due diligence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Pelita Harapan and a Diploma in Tax Administration from Universitas Indonesia. He is also licensed as a Tax Consultant (Level A and B) by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia.

Prior to joining Ideatax, Daniel worked at SF Consulting and PT Onitsuka Management Consulting, where he progressed from Junior Associate to Senior Associate. He started his professional journey as an intern at KAP Johannes Juara and Partner. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a wide range of tax engagements, including monthly tax compliance, corporate and individual income tax filings, tax reviews, tax due diligence projects, transfer pricing documentation, and tax dispute matters covering SP2DK responses, tax audits, objections, appeals, and judicial reviews.

Daniel assists clients in managing tax compliance obligations, mitigating tax risks, and navigating tax audits and disputes. He also has substantial experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation and conducting tax due diligence to support corporate transactions and regulatory compliance.
